These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Speed888 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at speed888.cam. This Agreement governs all access to and use of the Speed888 website, mobile interface, applications, software, content, and services (collectively referred to as the "Platform").

Speed888 is an online entertainment platform providing casino gaming, live dealer games, slot machines, and sports betting services, primarily serving users in Malaysia. All services are provided in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are accessible to eligible users across Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other regions throughout Malaysia.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and Speed888. All three documents are available on the Speed888 website and are incorporated herein by reference.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Account" — the individual registered user account created by a Player on the Speed888 Platform, used to access all services, deposit funds, place wagers, and request withdrawals.
• "Balance" — the total monetary value held within a User's Account at any given time, expressed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), comprising Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance where applicable.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, cashback offer, reload bonus, or other incentive provided by Speed888 to a User subject to separate promotional terms and conditions.
• "Eligible Player" — an individual who meets all criteria set out in Section 3 of this Agreement, including age verification, jurisdictional eligibility, and identity confirmation.
• "Games" — all gaming products offered on the Platform, including but not limited to slot machines, live dealer games, table games, crash games, fishing games, and virtual sports.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process required for all Speed888 Account holders prior to first withdrawal, as mandated by the Company's compliance obligations.
• "Platform" — the Speed888 website at speed888.cam, together with all associated mobile interfaces, applications, APIs, and digital services operated by the Company.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" — any country or territory in which access to online gambling services is prohibited, restricted, or requires specific regulatory approval not held by Speed888.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum number of times a Bonus amount must be bet in full before any winnings attributable to that Bonus may be withdrawn from the Account.

Access to the Speed888 Platform and creation of a registered Account is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an Account on the Platform. Speed888 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will request proof of age documentation at any time deemed necessary.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Individuals who are legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise legally restricted from entering contracts are not eligible to register.
• Identity: You must be a genuine individual human being acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, associations, and automated systems are not permitted to register Accounts.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Speed888 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited.
• Non-Restricted Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the Platform from or on behalf of users located in a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Non-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either voluntarily imposed through Speed888's tools or mandated by any regulatory or judicial authority.

To access the full range of Speed888 services, Users must complete the account registration process. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested on the registration form and to update this information promptly if it changes.

• You must provide your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Malaysia, valid email address, and mobile phone number.
• You are required to create a secure, unique password for your Account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Speed888 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the information provided at any time, including but not limited to requesting a copy of your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), valid passport, proof of residential address, or proof of payment method ownership.
• Any misrepresentation, omission, or provision of false information during registration or at any subsequent time constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension or termination.
• Upon successful KYC verification, your Account will be fully activated for deposits, withdrawals, and all gaming services. Accounts that remain unverified may have withdrawal functionality restricted.

By accessing and using the Speed888 Platform, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in strict accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. In particular, you agree as follows:

• You will access the Platform only for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise gain access to the source code or underlying architecture of the Platform or any of its components.
• You will not use any automated software, bots, scripts, data-mining tools, or any other technology designed to extract data from, or place bets on, the Platform in an automated manner.
• You will not engage in any form of match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to circumvent or exploit the Platform's normal operation in a way that is inconsistent with fair participation.
• You will not use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair Speed888's servers, networks, or systems.
• You will comply with all applicable Malaysian laws and regulations governing online gaming and personal conduct.

Speed888 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through a range of locally supported payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrency options (BTC/USDT).

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 for most payment methods. Specific minimums may vary by channel and are displayed at the point of deposit.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and the originating transaction may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures.
• Speed888 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges for which Speed888 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. Speed888 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network outages.
• Speed888 reserves the right to impose deposit limits, request source-of-funds documentation, or decline a deposit at its sole discretion in accordance with its anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations.

Speed888 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Local bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong via DuitNow or FPX) may take up to several hours depending on inter-bank processing schedules.

• All withdrawals are subject to successful completion of the KYC verification process. Unverified Accounts will be required to submit documentation before any withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal method used must match the payment method used for the most recent deposit, to the extent technically possible, as part of Speed888's anti-money laundering compliance procedures.
• Any active Bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before a withdrawal of the associated bonus winnings can be processed. Real money deposits not subject to bonus terms may generally be withdrawn at any time.
• Speed888 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence for withdrawal requests that are unusually large, infrequent, or otherwise flagged by internal risk systems. This may require submission of additional documentation and temporarily delay processing.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined if the Account is under investigation for suspected fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or breach of these Terms.

Speed888 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the point of offer and on the promotions page of the Platform. The following general bonus conditions apply to all Speed888 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, typically ranging from X10 to X25, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Maximum Bet: When playing with an active bonus, a maximum bet limit applies per round or per bet — typically between RM 250 and RM 500. Bets placed in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and virtual sports may contribute at reduced rates of 10% to 25%.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses expire within a defined period, typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of issuance. Unused bonuses and any associated wagering progress will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Abuse and Exploitation: Speed888 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings in cases where the Company determines that a User has attempted to abuse, exploit, or circumvent the bonus system, including through the use of multiple Accounts.
• Bonus Withdrawal Caps: Certain promotions impose a maximum cashout limit on winnings derived from bonus funds. This cap will be clearly stated in the promotion-specific terms.

All bets and wagers placed on the Speed888 Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or event. In addition to game-specific rules, the following general provisions apply to all betting and gaming activity:

• Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is final and cannot be altered or cancelled by the User, except as expressly permitted by the applicable game rules.
• Speed888 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a technical malfunction or system error. Where a bet is voided, the staked amount will be returned to the User's Account balance.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. Speed888 publishes betting lines for Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, AFC Champions League, AFF Cup, Piala Asia, UFC, and numerous other events and markets.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet or game outcome, Speed888's internal records and logs shall be the final determinant. All disputes must be submitted to customer support within 30 days of the event in question.
• Speed888 utilises certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all digital casino games to ensure outcomes are statistically random and fair. RTP rates are independently verified and published on the relevant game pages.

Speed888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and must never be pursued as a means of generating income or addressing financial difficulties.

• Speed888 provides deposit limit tools, loss limit controls, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options to all registered players via the Account settings section of the Platform.
• Players who wish to permanently or temporarily exclude themselves from the Platform may request self-exclusion by contacting our 24/7 support team. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately.
• The minimum age of 21 years is strictly enforced. Speed888 will not knowingly allow any individual under the age of 21 to create an Account or engage in gambling activity on the Platform.
• Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to seek assistance and to make use of Speed888's self-exclusion and limit-setting tools as a first step.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Speed888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating multiple Accounts, whether in your own name or using false identities or third-party information.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity designed to obscure the origin of funds deposited on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any activity other than personal recreational gambling — including but not limited to operating a gambling agency, running bets on behalf of others, or using Accounts as conduits for financial transactions.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or interfere with the integrity of any betting market offered on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information to Speed888 at any stage of the Account lifecycle.
• Using credit card funds obtained through fraudulent means, unauthorised chargebacks, or any other deceptive financial practice.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corruption involving sporting events offered on the Speed888 sportsbook.

All content on the Speed888 Platform, including but not limited to the Speed888 name, logo, trademarks, service marks, text, graphics, images, software, user interface design, and game content, is the exclusive intellectual property of Speed888 or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, sale, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without the prior written consent of Speed888.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Speed888 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any User for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Platform.

Speed888's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total deposits made by that User to their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless a higher liability is required under mandatory applicable law.

Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit Speed888's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Speed888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable identity information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring suspension of the Account.

Upon termination for cause, Speed888 reserves the right to forfeit any Account balance where the funds are determined to be the proceeds of fraudulent or prohibited activity. Where termination is initiated without cause, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the User through a mutually agreed payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Speed888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior individual notification to Users. The most current version of these Terms will always be published on the Platform at speed888.cam/terms-conditions, together with the effective date of the latest revision.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request Account closure through our support team.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Platform's operating jurisdiction. Users access the Platform subject to their own local laws, and Speed888 makes no representations that the Platform is lawful or appropriate for use in any particular jurisdiction outside of where the Platform is licensed to operate.

Any dispute arising between a User and Speed888 that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure should be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism designated by Speed888's licensing authority.
